You & your role

As a Junior FEC Screening Expert, you will be responsible for monitoring and documenting Global Sanctions models. Working with a diverse team, you will test, analyse, and improve models that screen millions of transactions and customers worldwide. This role offers room for innovation and personal growth, where your ideas truly make a difference.

Practical examples

• Conduct rigorous testing activities using statistical and business metrics.
• Report on testing outcomes and draft clear Executive Summaries for senior management and other stakeholders.
• Update model documentation in response to model changes and the evolving sanctions landscape.
• Engage with colleagues across business units to ensure collaboration and alignment.

• Design and perform monitoring to test the performance, stability, and robustness of sanctions models, including benchmark testing.
• Use insights from testing to improve monitoring processes and automate reporting.
• Maintain model documentation to ensure alignment with model design and internal requirements.

• Experience in analytical, testing, or administrative roles related to automated systems
• Skilled in maintaining documentation and analysing datasets
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel); motivated to learn new software tools
• Experience with Python
• Strong command of English (C1 level or higher)
