Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
    • Work with clients and stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
    • Analyze and translate business requirements into functional specifications for AMS projects.
    • Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
  • Support and Issue Resolution:
    • Provide first-line support for AMS-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to business operations.
    • Escalate complex issues to appropriate technical teams and follow up to ensure resolution.
    • Maintain a log of support requests and resolutions for future reference and analysis.
  • Process Improvement:
    • Analyze existing business processes and systems to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
    • Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and user experience.
    • Monitor the effectiveness of implemented solutions and make adjustments as necessary.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
    • Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of business requirements, processes, and system configurations.
    • Generate regular reports on system performance, support requests, and project status.
    • Provide clear and concise communication of findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
    • Work closely with technical teams, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of AMS projects.
    • Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather requirements and discuss solutions.
    • Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Training and User Support:
    • Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for end-users to enhance their understanding of AMS solutions.
    • Provide ongoing support and guidance to users to ensure they can effectively utilize the system.
