As a Senior Change Communications Specialist, you play a key role in enabling successful organizational transformations at ASML. Your work helps leaders communicate with clarity, empowers employees to make informed decisions, and strengthens ASML’s ability to adapt and grow. By shaping communication strategies, you contribute directly to ASML’s mission to unlock the potential of semiconductor technology and drive innovation forward.

Role and Responsibilities

As a Senior Change Communications Specialist within the Business Performance Improvement department (BPI), you will support ASML-wide transformation programs and work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams. You will help build understanding, alignment, and engagement across the organization. Your responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the communications strategy for the BPI department.
  • Developing and executing integrated communication plans for company-wide initiatives.
  • Driving alignment and culture-building around ASML priorities to enable successful change.
  • Creating engaging content that connects across multiple initiatives.
  • Crafting impactful assets such as presentations, talking points, scripts, and written communications.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and timely delivery.
  • Advising leaders on communication approaches that increase clarity and impact.

Education and Experience

To succeed in this role, you bring a strong background in change communications within international and complex environments. You have:

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in communications, public relations, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in internal/change/crisis communications.
  • Proven experience in supporting large-scale transformation programs.
  • Familiarity with organizational (production) operations is a big plus.
  • Advanced English proficiency (C1 level or higher).
  • Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and enterprise communication platforms.

Other Information

You will report to a senior communications leader and work closely with transformation program teams. This role does not involve shift work. ASML supports employee development through training, mentoring, and international career opportunities.
