JOB PURPOSE

The role is accountable for driving the end to end digitisation of marketing in the Foods Business Group. This role leads the plan for landing capabilities for consumer marketing engagement, innovation, and marketing performance, including expanding the use of AI and automation, partnering closely with business unit Marketing leaders and Products to drive user centricity, embed and land the value from Digital & Technology capabilities.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital transformation strategy for marketing, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Innovation: Identify opportunities to implement cutting-edge AI and digital solutions to enhance marketing effectiveness, including data-driven insights, AI-powered customer engagement, and personalised marketing campaigns.
  • Project Leadership: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of digital transformation projects within the overall strategy, ensuring timely and successful implementation via Products.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key stakeholders, including marketing leadership, UniOps product teams, technology partners, and external agencies, to prioritise, influence, and drive change.
  • Performance Monitoring: Establish metrics and KPIs to monitor the performance and impact of digital initiatives on marketing outcomes.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of digital consumer engagement transformation experts, including direct reports and indirect reports in business units; fostering a culture of collaboration, impact focus, and test / learn mindset.

SKILLS YOU SHOULD HAVE

  • Digital acumen – experience with digital technologies – including AI, Automation and Tech
  • Business acumen – business unit knowledge
  • Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills
  • Program / plan management to ensure delivery of outcomes
  • Excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills
