Marketing Intern

Starting February or March 2026 for 5-6 months

As an intern, you will support our Marketing Advisors. What does this mean? From developing and optimizing web pages to creating content and supporting engaging CRM campaigns – your tasks will be varied! This is a great opportunity to develop your marketing skills within an international organization.

What you will do as a Marketing Intern:

• Develop and optimize content on our marketing website;
• Assist with keyword research (SEO) and its implementation;
• Support the social media marketing activities such as creation of unique content, monitoring performance, interacting with our community, managing the content calendar;
• Collaborate with the team to execute Marketing campaigns that align with organizational goals.
• Contribute to campaign data analysis and translate it into reports and recommendations;
• Assist in organizing events and managing CRM activities;
• Support with competitors’ analysis and market research efforts to inform marketing strategies and identify growth opportunities.

What we are looking for:

We don’t expect you to have extensive experience. What we do expect is an entrepreneurial and proactive attitude and a drive to learn.

• Confident attitude with a growth mindset who are not afraid to ask questions and seek feedback to grow;
• You are pursuing an HBO or WO degree in marketing or related fields;
• Basic tool knowledge of graphic design programs like Canva, InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop is a plus;
• You have excellent command of English (Dutch is a plus);
• You are precise, flexible, and well-organized;
• You are available full-time for at least 32 hours/week, with a minimum of 3 days in the office per week, for a period of at least 5 months.

In this team, you will support three marketing advisors on projects such as sustainable mobility, the transition of the Netherlands and global/rural areas, the energy transition, and rail and tunnels.
