Als Junior Technical Consultant bij Mieloo & Alexander zet je je eerste stappen in de wereld van Track and Trace oplossingen met de focus op RFID die magazijnen slimmer maken, processen versnellen en operaties inzichtelijker maken. Samen met ervaren consultants en developers bouw je mee aan systemen voor toonaangevende klanten in de logistieke, warehouse- en retailsector.

Wat ga je doen

• Leren door te doen: je ondersteunt bij de implementatie en configuratie van RFID- en supply-chainoplossingen, onder begeleiding van medior en senior collega’s.
• Vertaalslag maken: je helpt om klantbehoeften om te zetten in heldere technische specificaties.
• Testen & valideren: je voert tests uit, documenteert resultaten en helpt de kwaliteit te bewaken.
• Klanten ondersteunen: je ondersteunt klanten tijdens implementaties en go-lives.
• Documenteren & verbeteren: je maakt duidelijke technische documentatie die het gebruik voor de eindklant simpel maakt
• Techniek ontdekken: je leert alles over RFID-hardware, scanners, sensoren en integraties die in de praktijk worden gebruikt.
• Eigenaarschap tonen: je pakt taken zelfstandig op, vraagt feedback en groeit stap voor stap richting zelfstandig consultant.

Over jou

• Je hebt een WO-opleiding (of gelijkwaardig) met een technische of analytische achtergrond.
• Je bent leergierig, nieuwsgierig en klaar om door te groeien tot volwaardig Technical Consultant.
• Je communiceert goed, werkt nauwkeurig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid.
• Je hebt basiskennis van implementatie & integratie, root cause analysis en RFID-hardware, en je wilt deze kennis verder ontwikkelen.

Wat krijg je?

• Salaris: €3.000–€4.000 bruto per maand (fulltime), afhankelijk van ervaring.
• Contract: tijdelijk (met de intentie om te verlengen).
• Mobiliteit: leaseauto.
• Hybride & op locatie afhankelijk van het project.

As a Junior Technical Consultant at Mieloo & Alexander, you’ll take your first steps into the world of Track & Trace solutions with the focus on RFID that make warehouses smarter, processes faster, and operations more transparent. Together with experienced consultants and developers, you’ll help build systems for leading clients in the logistics, warehouse, and retail industries.

What you’ll do

• Learn by doing: Get hands-on experience supporting the implementation and configuration of RFID and supply chain systems — guided by experienced medior and senior consultants.
• Turn requirements into action Help translate client needs into clear, technical specifications that shape real-world solutions.
• Test and validate: Execute, document, and analyze test activities to ensure systems perform reliably and meet client expectations.
• Support our clients: Assist clients during deployments and go-lives, resolving issues quickly and maintaining smooth operations.
• Document & improve: Create concise technical documentation and user materials that make complex solutions simple to understand.
• Discover the tech: Deepen your understanding of RFID hardware, scanners, sensors, and integration technologies used to optimize global supply chains.
• Take ownership: Deliver on your commitments, seek feedback, and steadily grow toward managing your own project responsibilities.

About you

• You have a WO degree (or equivalent) in a technical, analytical or engineering field.
• You’re eager to learn and motivated to grow into a full-fledged Technical Consultant.
• You’re communicative, curious, proactive, and not afraid to take responsibility.
• You have a basic understanding of system implementation & integration, root cause analysis, and RFID hardware, and you’re keen to develop these skills further.
