About the role

As Chief of Staff, you’ll operate at the intersection of leadership, strategy, and execution. You'll work closely with the CEO and key teams across the business—helping to shape decisions, drive key initiatives forward, and ensure the organization stays aligned and efficient as we grow.

You'll be involved in everything from preparing board meetings to leading cross-functional projects and exploring new market opportunities. One moment, you're diving into a strategic roadmap; the next, you're using AI tools to streamline operations. It’s a diverse, hands-on role with a lot of ownership.

Key responsibilities

• Partner to the CEO: Act as a trusted point of contact for internal and external matters. Help the CEO prioritize and plan, and ensure time is focused on the highest-impact topics.
• Preparing and facilitating leadership and board meetings: Coordinate with our board (team.blue), and local management team, ensuring that meetings are structured, outcomes are clear, and follow-ups are tracked.
• Driving key strategic projects: Lead 2–3 high-priority, cross-functional projects. These could relate to international expansion, operational excellence, or strategic partnerships.
• Supporting M&A activity: Help guide the M&A process—from opportunity assessment and internal coordination to due diligence and post-deal execution.
• Enabling collaboration across teams: Work with Product, Marketing, Finance & HR, and the Commercial organization to align efforts and streamline workflows.

What we’re looking for

You’re someone who can zoom out to see the bigger picture—and zoom in to solve the details. You think strategically, act operationally, and are energized by solving problems across the business. You’re proactive, quick to learn, and love using tools (especially AI) to make things smarter and faster.

Ideal experience:

• Bachelor or Master's degree.
• 3–6 years of experience in consulting, operations, strategy, or at a fast-growing SaaS company.
• Strong project management skills, with a track record of delivering complex initiatives or customer implementations.
• Experience working cross-functionally and leading without direct authority.

Technical skills:

• Analytical mindset with a sharp eye for detail and structure.
• Comfortable using and experimenting with AI and automation tools (e.g., Notion, Zapier, ChatGPT, etc.).
• Fast learner when it comes to new systems and technologies.

Soft skills:

• Entrepreneurial mindset: you take initiative, stay resilient, and maintain momentum even when things are ambiguous.
• Excellent communicator and collaborator—you know how to influence, build trust, and bring people together.
• High EQ with strong stakeholder management skills.
