• Leading and inspiring a high-performing Customer Care team within Sea Logistics;
• Ensuring best-in-class service delivery for the Healthcare & Perishables customer portfolio;
• Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
• Driving continuous improvement, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency;
• Taking ownership of team development and performance.

What we would like you to bring

• Minimum 5 years of proven relevant work experience in Sea Logistics, ideally with Reefer operations (healthcare & Perishables);
• At least 3 years of leadership skills build up, rooted in integrity, empathy, and a structured approach;
• Strong communication skills, problem-solving, and customer orientation skills are present;
• A collaborative mindset that embraces diverse perspectives;
• Can take ownership and inspire others to succeed;
• Fluency in English spoken and written (Dutch and other languages are a big plus);
• Available 40h per week.
