What you will do as HR Digital Projects Specialist

We are looking for a proactive and creative Digital Projects Specialist to join our People Services team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about HR digitalisation, process improvement, and employee engagement.

You will support projects that enhance the efficiency and experience of our HR services, with a strong focus on Oracle HCM, AI, and other automation. You’ll also be responsible for creating engaging communication materials to support change initiatives and promote our new processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support digitalisation initiatives within the People Services department.
  • Identify and implement process improvements that arise from daily operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful HR projects.
  • Develop communication materials (e.g., videos, infographics, guides) to support project rollouts and employee engagement.
  • Support the project manager with monitoring project progress and report on outcomes and impact.
  • Stay up to date with HR tech trends and recommend innovative solutions.
