What the role is about

Do you love structure, enjoy handling multiple tasks and like to organize, analyze and communicate? We are looking for someone who thrives behind the scenes, keeping everything running smoothly.

As a Junior Merchandiser you will monitor, analyze and report on product, collection, attribute and category performance. You will assist in the management of the purchase plan and help maintain optimal stock levels. Enjoy collaborating closely with various departments, such as Product Development, Quality Control, Legal, E-commerce, B2B Sales, Logistics and Finance.

A big part of your role is administrative: you will create and manage products in our ERP system (Netsuite) and ensure all product specifications are clearly documented for both internal and external communication. Thanks to your accuracy and reliability, everyone can count on you to get things done right. You will be part of the B2C team, which consists of 14 members and report directly to the Digital Marketing Director.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, analyze and report on product, collection, attribute and category performance in our B2C and B2B channels;
• Serve as the key contact within B2C for product related forecasts and topics;
• Track and report on overall B2C performance;
• Create and manage (new) products in our ERP system (Netsuite);
• Ensure all product information is accurate and clearly documented for both internal and external use.

Requirements

• You have 0-2 years of experience in a similar role;
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English;
• Strong analytical skills combined with commercial awareness;
• Self-starter who can multitask across different projects and departments;
• Accurate and reliable, with strong organizational and administrative skills and the ability to manage personal deadlines;
• Available for a minimum of 4 days a week.
