Purpose of Role
As a senior leader within the E-commerce department, the Senior Manager Marketplace (Partner Program) is responsible for setting the strategic direction and driving the execution of the EMEA marketplace program across 20 markets. This role plays a critical part in shaping the future of the brand’s digital commerce ecosystem, ensuring seamless integration with our wholesale accounts and synergy between the owned and operated brand sites and third-party marketplace platforms. Reporting directly to the Director of E-commerce, the Head of Marketplace will provide visionary leadership, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure commercial alignment across digital and wholesale channels. Given the hybrid business model, this role requires close collaboration with the wholesale team to ensure a unified approach to key and strategic accounts, maximizing growth and brand equity across all digital touchpoints. The role also includes managing and developing a high-performing team.

Workplace Location & Schedule
This individual must reside within commuting distance from our Amsterdam office. This role follows a hybrid work schedule, requiring 3 days in-office per week. Beginning January 1, 2026, the in-office requirement will increase to 4 days per week. Travel: 10% of the time.
