Unilever is seeking an Account Manager for the Home Care category, focusing on the Superunie customer portfolio in the Netherlands.

Home Care is a strategic growth category within Unilever, featuring brands such as Robijn, Glorix, and Sun. The category is competitive and dynamic, with a strong focus on innovation, sustainability, and brand activation. Within Superunie, Unilever represents a wide range of retail formats, each with its own commercial dynamics.

As Account Manager Home Care, you are responsible for a portion of the Superunie customer portfolio within this category. You play a key role in driving revenue growth, profitability, and market share, while actively contributing to the strategic direction of the category. The Home Care Benelux team is filled with strong talent, positive energy, high engagement, and a true winning mentality.

Key Tasks

  • Manage the full Home Care portfolio at Superunie (Robijn, Glorix, Sun, etc.).
  • Develop and execute commercial plans per retail format.
  • Create Joint Business Plans with strategic Superunie customers.
  • Optimize promotional plans and manage investments.
  • Analyze pricing and format differences (K&K vs. Semicon) and advise on long-term strategy.
  • Represent Superunie in internal CSM meetings and Unilever in external CM meetings.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, CSP, and Supply Chain for optimal customer activation and forecasting.
  • Monitor customer performance and manage the P&L.
  • Actively contribute to the strategic vision of Home Care within Unilever.

Key Requirements

  • Strong ownership and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Commercially driven and results-oriented.
  • Experience in retail account management (preferably Superunie).
  • Strong analytical skills and P&L responsibility.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration (Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance).
  • Strategic insight into channel differences and assortment development.
