Accounts Payable Assistant (Entry-Level / Part-Time)

Sunweb Group is looking for an Accounts Payable Assistant to support our AP department within Finance. This role is ideal for someone at the beginning of their finance career or currently studying, who wants to gain practical experience in an international company.

You will join our Operations team within our AP department. You’ll support the processing of invoices, help resolve payment issues, and learn how we continuously improve and automate our financial processes.

Your tasks will include:

• Assisting with invoice processing and checking financial data.
• Supporting vendor communication and helping to resolve queries.
• Contributing to account reconciliations.
• Assisting with month-end activities and gaining insight into the finance cycle.
• Taking part in small process improvement initiatives with the guidance of experienced colleagues.

What skills will bring you to the top?

• Studies or a background in finance, business administration, or related fields (Bachelor’s or Master’s level, ongoing or completed).
• Curiosity to learn more about Accounts Payable and finance processes.
• Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Good communication skills and fluency in English; other European languages are a plus.
• Availability to join us at our Rotterdam office 1–2 days a week.
