(Senior) Consolidation & Reporting Manager

Join the Group Accounting, Consolidation and Reporting (“GACR”) Team at Versuni

In this role, you will be part of the Group Accounting, Consolidation and Reporting (“GACR”) team, responsible for the consolidation and financial reporting of Versuni, including annual, quarterly, and monthly financial reporting. The team is based in Amsterdam, consists of 7 people, and is highly international. GACR also leads significant projects within Versuni, such as finance improvement initiatives.

The impact you’ll make:

• Lead the monthly, quarterly, and year-end group consolidation and reporting process, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
• Review and challenge submissions from group entities, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and compliance with group policies and IFRS.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements under IFRS, including Balance Sheet, P&L, cash flow, and equity statements.
• Review and manage holding companies.
• Manage the preparation of internal and external financial reports, including those for investors.
• Support the external audit process and ensure audit requirements are met on time.
• Drive continuous improvement in consolidation and reporting processes, including automation, system enhancements, and internal controls.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of group accounting policies and manuals.
• Serve as a bridge between the Group Accounting team in Amsterdam and the Accenture support team in India, supporting the Month-end Closing process.
• Support special projects or the implementation of new IFRS standards.

The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:

• Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance; a CPA, ACCA, or RA qualification is highly preferred.
• 6–10 years of relevant experience in consolidation and financial reporting, preferably in a multinational company or Big 4 audit firm.
• Experience in consolidation and financial accounting/reporting.
• Familiarity with IFRS and willingness to expand knowledge in financial accounting.
• Proven track record of managing complex reporting cycles and working in an international environment.
• Strong ownership, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Strong sense for cultural differences and the ability to bridge them.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills, with a structured and accurate approach to work.
• Strong team player and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within diverse teams.
• Experience with SAP solutions (SAP group reporting) and data analysis skills.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.
