Senior FP&A & Governance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior FP&A & Governance Manager professional with a proven track record in multinational companies. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Financial and Business Planning and Reporting, Contract Management, Internal Controls (DanGo) and Stakeholders Management. The successful candidate will be an effective communicator, diligent and detail-oriented, self-starting with exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

About the Job

• Design forecasting and reporting processes, lead quarterly forecasting and monthly closing with focus on margin control, collaboration with Business controllers and DBS functions
• Participation in Contract validation cycle, oversee financial impacts for C&P organization (payment terms, off-balance sheet commitments, IFRS 16), support category buyers, legal team and operational excellence team with financial aspects
• Participate in digital transformation by co-leading contract, finance and purchasing tools implementation and improvement (Zycus, AI, PowerBI), initiate process optimization and digitalization projects within DanTrade finance scope
• Ensure proper Control environment, execute Finance DanGo controls, collaboration with Internal Control team, Internal and External Auditors

About you

To be successful in this role, you meet the following qualifications:

• Expertise in financial and business planning, business development
• Good knowledge and expertise in IFRS, SoX
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in process improvement and simplification
• Advanced in Power BI and other BI tools to build dashboards for data analysis and reporting
• Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner in a multinational company
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
