We are looking for MBA 2022 graduates to join us as Associates, working either as generalists or practice consultants, depending on their preference and interests. MBA 2023 candidates in-between their first and second year may apply for an Associate Intern position—this is usually a 10-week internship during the summer.
We are recruiting from IESE because experience has shown that IESE students arrive with a very solid set of skills that enable them to be successful McKinsey consultants. They have a pragmatic approach of tackling problems in a structured way, which is very important when working with our McKinsey clients and teams.
