McKinsey offices and practices around the globe are seeking to recruit outstanding individuals.
We are looking for MBA 2022 graduates to join us as Associates, working either as generalists or practice consultants, depending on their preference and interests. MBA 2023 candidates in-between their first and second year may apply for an Associate Intern position—this is usually a 10-week internship during the summer.
We are recruiting from IESE because experience has shown that IESE students arrive with a very solid set of skills that enable them to be successful McKinsey consultants. They have a pragmatic approach of tackling problems in a structured way, which is very important when working with our McKinsey clients and teams. Their values align with ours; their desire to make a difference, help others, learn and grow, and stand up for what they believe in makes them excellent additions to our community.
