Bachelor Internship Continuous Improvement

During this exciting internship at JBT Marel, you will be supporting our Head of Service, who is responsible for the achievement of the set Commercial Service Sales and Growth Target, within RFS EMEA business unit.

The internship is focused on internal project management and continuous improvement of the Spare part flow.

What you’ll be doing:

• Collect all issues related to spare part flow, creating inefficiencies and affecting customer satisfaction
• Analyse issues and classify them/ Maintain the list
• Set up right meetings with stakeholder to get progression
• Support the business in getting resolution of issues
• Report status and performance of Spares flow
• Document ways of working, update the operational teams
• Provide support to Head of Services in the form of data gathering, analysis and documentation in required areas
• Analyze customer data and feedback Propose actions for improvement
• Propose ideas & methodology in steering operations toward our customers

• You are a Bachelor student with a specialist in Business, Commerce, Project Management or similar.
• You are looking for a third-year internship/ Thesis-internship.
• You are proactive, analytical, and have a hands-on mentality.
• You have affinity for process improvement and enjoy working in an international environment.
• You have a good command of English, both spoken and written.
