DESCRIPTION D’EMPLOI

As a Customer Support Consultant, you will be providing Customer Support in the ordering of animal health care-related products for veterinarians, medical diagnostic services, water-testing equipment and other products and services. You will also support Customers answering questions, explaining products and services, solving issues in the online platforms or with the products.

This role is best suited to organized, passionate communicators who strive to help veterinarians, veterinary technicians, and animal healthcare diagnostic professionals keep our pets healthy.

In this role

  • You will support customer order entry and billing, or other priorities such as: answering customer questions, explaining products and services, troubleshooting with online platforms or order related issues, database or data communication issues.
  • You will determine customer needs and provide solutions and coordinate with other team members as needed.
  • You will ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and continue strong customer relationships.
  • You will support quality management system and other compliance requirements.

What you will need to succeed

  • Previous experience with order entry preferred.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and SAP a plus.
  • High quality customer facing inter-personal skills, with experience working with customers and maintaining good customer relationships.
  • Fluent in French & business English. Other European language a plus
  • Technical record keeping management skills.
  • Reasoning and analytical skills to resolve issues.
  • Phone skills, with ability to establish rapport.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Organized with ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Communication skills, both verbal and written, including ability to communicate complex technical issues to technical and non-technical users in a professional, positive, friendly and understandable manner.
