Scinus Cell Expansion is hiring to expand its operations team and is searching for a Finance and Operations Coordinator.

As our Finance & Operations Coordinator, you’ll ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of our administrative, financial, and logistical workflows. You’ll be a key connector across teams, from R&D and lab management to finance and commercial, playing a vital role in enabling the development and deployment of our cell-expansion technology.

What are you going to do?

• Financial Administration: Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing, bank reconciliations, and financial record keeping. You will work closely with our controller and will pro-actively flag deviations or irregularities.
• Payroll Support: Coordinate payroll input and liaise with our external payroll provider.
• Procurement: Handle purchasing of office, general, and lab supplies; maintain inventory levels and vendor communications.
• Logistics & Shipping: Support order picking, packing, and shipping logistics in coordination with the commercial team.
• Office Management: Answer incoming calls, welcome visitors, and oversee general office upkeep.
• Administrative Support: Assist with documentation, filing, scheduling, and internal reporting across departments.

What do you bring to the table?

• Experience in administrative roles combining finance, procurement, and office support
• Familiarity with accounting standards and ERP systems (experience with Odoo is a strong plus)
• Highly accurate, detail-oriented, and organized; thrives in a multi-tasking environment
• Proficient in English (spoken and written); Dutch-speaking is preferred
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, approachable personality
• Full-time availability preferred; part-time (80%) considered for strong candidates
• Strong sense of ownership and ability to collaborate with diverse internal teams
