We are looking for an IT HR & Support Business Partner who can translate HR and finance needs into winning technology solutions across a portfolio of franchise, managed and owned properties in multiple countries. HR digitalisation with Workday is your first priority, closely followed by modernising the wider back-office stack (payroll, finance, ERP, analytics). You keep an eye on market trends, build data-driven business cases and make sure every euro invested delivers measurable value.
You will co-create a shared technology vision with senior HR and Finance stakeholders, ensuring that technology decisions actively support the long-term goals of the business. Through strong stakeholder relationships, you will influence priorities, foster alignment across departments and countries, and ensure that technology initiatives are not only delivered on time and budget, but also truly enable people and processes to thrive.
By building and justifying business cases for technology product delivery, you’ll help shape strategic decisions that drive organizational growth. Your responsibilities will include managing budgets, overseeing capital expenditures (CapEx), and allocating resources to effectively meet diverse business demands. With a focus on collaboration, strategic prioritization, and measurable impact, you will ensure our HR and finance technology ecosystem evolves in line with both market trends and business ambitions. Together with two other Business Partners, you will oversee the complete technology landscape and act as a trusted partner to leadership teams across the organization.
You will ensure that our HR and finance technology landscape not only supports compliance and profitability, but also empowers people and enables sustainable growth across countries and contract models. Working side-by-side with senior business leaders, you will help shape and refine a technology strategy that aligns with our long-term vision—balancing innovation with operational excellence.
You will act as the bridge between business ambitions and technology capabilities, translating complex HR and Finance needs into clear, actionable roadmaps. Your role involves inspiring stakeholders, aligning priorities, and securing commitment for initiatives that deliver measurable value and a strong return on investment. You will also be responsible for the following tasks:
Your work location is our new office on Wibautstraat in Amsterdam. Of course, working from home is possible, but it is desirable that you work from the office at least 3 days a week.

* Full-time employment at Landal has a 38-hour working week, which is equivalent to a 5-day working week. If you have part-time employment, your salary and holidays will be prorated.
