As our Lead FinTech Process Analyst, you’ll guide and inspire a team of nine process experts who safeguard the financial journeys of 13.7 million customers and 47,000 partners on our platform. Your deep understanding of financial processes – from payments to reconciliations – transforms complexity into reliability. The biggest challenge
Mastering the delicate combination of demonstrable reliability and relentless innovation in a licensed financial environment. You’ll navigate the web of compliance requirements, financial licenses, and process dependencies while pushing functional boundaries. How do you unite nine talented Process Analysts – currently assigned across different teams – into a cohesive force? How do you ensure every innovation is smart, reliable, and infinitely scalable without neglecting our regulatory obligations? And how do you create role clarity within our Product Way of Working while maintaining the agility to adapt as our platform evolves?
What you'll do as Lead FinTech Process Analyst
Your mission is twofold: ensure bol processes platform users’ money responsibly and stay ahead of the market with smart, innovative financial processes. As the proverbial spider in the web for automated financial transaction processing, invoicing, and payment flows, you’ll maintain the process overview for all of FinTech – including the implications of our financial licenses and which processes are in scope.
You’ll manage and inspire a team of nine Process Analysts (PSAs), actively investing in their craft development while bringing their currently diverse work closer together. A crucial part of your role is creating role clarity within the Product Way of Working and fostering effective collaboration with Product Managers, Product Designers, Product Analysts, and Data specialists. You will strategically prioritize innovations from a process optimization perspective. Leveraging data analysis, process mapping, and creative problem-solving expertise, you’ll develop solutions that scale. Responsible for the full alignment and coordination of process changes and deliverables with the Data Analytics team, as they develop and maintain reconciliations for these processes. Ensuring seamless collaboration is essential.
