To start with, the position of Global RGM Digital Capabilities Lead sits comfortably in the Revenue Growth Management (RGM) and Data Analytics team. An incredibly diverse team that helps each other learn, grow, and develop. Just how we like it!

As a Global RGM Digital Capabilities Lead, you will be asked to lead the vision, development, and execution of a global data and analytics roadmap and oversee the implementation of transformative data strategies that support revenue growth initiatives. For this, we don’t just need you to be a knowledgeable professional but also strongly rely on your interpersonal skills as well as your drive for success. Know that you’ll have a crucial role in creating and protecting the impact we look for in our value chain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute a global data and analytics roadmap focused on strategic revenue growth, pricing, promotions, assortment optimization, and margin analysis;
  • Build and lead a high-performing global team across Data Automation, Governance, Stewardship, and Analytics, while championing Agile methodologies;
  • Establish and maintain data governance frameworks ensuring quality, security, compliance, and consistency across all markets;
  • Leverage predictive analytics, machine learning, and BI tools to deliver actionable insights across revenue management levers like Price Pack Architecture;
  • Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Finance, IT, and Supply Chain teams to ensure cross-functional integration of data-driven practices;
  • Drive the Agile transformation by leading product owners and squads to deliver scalable and business-relevant analytics solutions;
  • Develop dashboards and KPIs to track performance in pricing, promotion, assortment, and financial outcomes;
  • Cultivate a global platform for innovation and best practices in data management, ensuring the organization remains competitive and forward-looking.

Qualifications

We are looking for a strategic and visionary data leader with a drive for excellence. Someone that holds themselves accountable and doesn’t shy away from responsibility. Given the nature of the role, we feel it's important for you to have a certain level of seniority and experience in managing global data teams and revenue analytics as well as a solid understanding of your own added value.

We thrive in diverse teams and look for people that appreciate that as much as we do. We can give you a list of “must haves,” however that’s not how we view your candidacy. We do, of course, take into consideration how much experience you have with data governance and pricing and promotion analytics, but ultimately, we look at the bigger picture.

But to give you a bit of guidance as to what we feel is needed in this role, we’ll share our “nice to have” list with you:

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related fields; MBA or advanced degree preferred;
  • 15+ years of experience in data leadership within FMCG or comparable industries;
  • Proven success in leading global Agile teams and product owners;
  • Expertise in predictive analytics, PPA (Price Pack Architecture), promotion optimization, and financial modeling;
  • Strong stakeholder management and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences;
  • Track record of driving enterprise-level data transformation and influencing senior leadership
