As a Workday PRISM Lead:

You'll be part of a team of advisory professionals who deliver more than just technology. From rapid deployments to complete transformations, you'll provide integrated, cloud-based HR solutions that put organizations on the fast track to a better way to work.

In this role, you will help our clients get the most out of their Workday investment by:

• Assessing and rationalising client reporting needs and, in collaboration, providing a value-based reporting inventory.
• Collaborating with clients to identify, define, and clarify technical requirements; translating business needs into efficient reports and configurations that conform to best practices.
• Identifying, analyzing, and interpreting trends or patterns for large data sets.
• Understanding complex analytics use cases and helping customers identify issues, provide workarounds, and communicate with internal teams to quickly resolve underlying issues.
• Developing technical expertise in the Workday reporting and analytics framework.
