Do you want to work on complex and pressing challenges—the kind that bring together curious, ambitious, and determined leaders who strive to become better every day?

If this sounds like you, you’ve come to the right place.

Your Impact

In this role, you will apply strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to design and execute initiatives that strengthen our Governance, Training and Awareness program for the global Ethics & Compliance (E&C) team. You will be responsible for maintaining and maturing our approach to governance and training, ensuring alignment with firm activities, risks, and regulatory requirements, and promoting continuous improvement.

You will lead engagement with firm function and practice teams to identify governance gaps, draft and revise documents, and syndicate with stakeholders. You will also lead E&C’s collaboration with Shareholder Council Committees to promote timely and efficient document approval and support program owners in developing their implementation strategies.

Within E&C, you will support teams in developing internal governance documents establishing program requirements and processes. For both the global and internal governance initiatives, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining practices that promote the issuance of high-quality, consistent materials.

Working closely with firm Learning, you will support the development and execution of training plans that reinforce firm member understanding of E&C policies and Our Code of Conduct, customizing plans based on audience roles/responsibilities, real-world events, and E&C requirements. You will leverage training performance, risk, and activity metrics from across our firm to generate data-driven insights to refine our training programs, translating trends into actionable improvements that drive measurable impact.

As a member of the E&C Capabilities team within the E&C function, you will be expected to be a contributor and thought partner within the function, in addition to managing key organizational, operational, or strategic initiatives, as relevant.

Furthermore, you will be expected to engage in regionally focused initiatives, such as infusing our integrity agenda, under the direction and coordination of our regional E&C leaders, with the purpose of raising awareness of and furthering our firm’s E&C program, as well as other agreed-upon supporting activities in your region or location.

Finally, you will play a critical role in sustaining and evolving our E&C program and upholding our commitment to integrity and lawful practices.

Your Growth

You are someone who thrives in a high-performance environment, bringing a growth mindset and entrepreneurial spirit to tackle meaningful challenges that have a real impact. In return for your drive, determination, and curiosity, we’ll provide the resources, mentorship, and opportunities to help you quickly broaden your expertise, grow into a well-rounded professional, and contribute to work that truly makes a difference.

  • Continuous learning: Our learning and apprenticeship culture, backed by structured programs, is all about helping you grow while creating an environment where feedback is clear, actionable, and focused on your development. The real magic happens when you take the input from others to heart and embrace the fast-paced learning experience, owning your journey.

  • A voice that matters: From day one, we value your ideas and contributions. You’ll make a tangible impact by offering innovative ideas and practical solutions. We not only encourage diverse perspectives, but they are critical in driving us toward the best possible outcomes.

  • Global community: With colleagues across 65+ countries and over 100 different nationalities, our firm’s diversity fuels creativity and helps us come up with the best solutions. Plus, you’ll have the opportunity to learn from exceptional colleagues with diverse backgrounds and experiences.
