For Yamaha Motor Europe N.V., located at Schiphol-Rijk in the Netherlands, we are looking for a full-time Brand Coordinator Feel for our team.

About the role:

As a Coordinator, you must be able to wear many hats and facilitate various deliverables at once. You are coordinating the activities and working together with the specialists or are supporting directly the Manager. Main duties will be related to the strategical and tactical activities needed for all assigned products including events, in collaboration and in alignment with the strategy and targets as set together with the Department Manager. You will be responsible for the creation of all the communication materials available to our distributors in Europe.

Principle accountabilities:

  • Deliver Brand/Product Strategy and positioning for your assigned product groups (segments).
  • Ensure the execution of the necessary activities, by following the 7 steps of the customer lifecycle methodology, in order to exceed customer expectations in all touchpoints of customer lifecycle.
  • Ensure the in-time production of all communication materials needed to promote Yamaha products in your assigned segments and related services/activities in respect of their positioning and the Marketing plan.
  • Create the concept and support in the execution of the Press Test and Customer events managed by the Trade Marketing and Events Department within the Marketing Division.
  • Support the execution of the pan-European on/off-line media campaigns.
  • Analyze competitors throughout the year and be up-to-date with latest trends in the industry.
  • Support the periodically report creation and structured check of activities results, both from a Customer and Distributor point of view.

About you:

What do you bring?

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing or proven experience developing and executing marketing plans.
  • A motorcycle license
  • Knowledge of the motorcycle trends in general
  • Willing to travel 4-8 times a year
  • Minimum 4/5 years’ work experience in a similar position, preferably in an international environment.
  • Experience with creating a marketing campaign, marketing strategy and marketing plan.
  • Experience with project management.
  • Excellent communication, organization and planning skills.
  • Strategic thinker and creative.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving attitude.
  • Open attitude, supportive and a go-getter.
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language, both spoken and in writing.
