Supervisor FCA

What will you do as Supervisor?

• At least 3 days per week you’ll lead a shift, where you create and execute the game plan, take responsibility for communication with external stakeholders and make the calls on trade-offs impacting customers.
• Within the shift, you take full responsibility for the team on the floor and the end result.
• You are leading a team of Captains and Shoppers within your value stream.
• You make sure the behaviour and performance of your team is up to par and you motivate them to excel.
• In the value stream you’ll help to improve processes and implement new projects.

• You are currently employed as a Captain at Picnic.
• You are highly motivated to take FCA to the next level.
• You are available for 5 workdays per week.
• You are flexible in morning, afternoon, and weekend shifts.
