DESCRIPTION D’EMPLOI

As our Total Rewards Analyst, you will work together with our local, regional and country-level HR Business Partner and People Operations team on implementing, stabilizing and solidifying the compensation and benefits offering for IDEXX around the world. This will be in close collaboration with the US-based Total Rewards Resources as we continue to further implement the strategic HR Model globally.

The work consists of applying global principles and strategies locally, along with the more operational needs of analyzing, implementing and partnering on change management. Effective stakeholder education and alignment are important elements to success in this role. Global Total Rewards, business needs and local market conditions will be critical inputs to consider. IDEXX is a complex organization that operates in a fast-paced environment, with a history of success and rapid growth. We are now ensuring the foundation exists to sustain this growth.

Based in Hoofddorp, you will work in a matrixed HR organization, alongside the local HR Teams and will be in contact with HR partners across the globe as an extended member of the Global Total Rewards Organization. The position will report into the Manager Total Rewards, International.

In This Role

Your daily job is a combination of tactical and operational work. As such, the role includes:

• Understand the Global and International frameworks and assess/recommend a plan to apply to the countries in the various regions regarding changes and local implementation approach.
• Understand and recommend the relevant compensation and benefits programs and policies to effectively attract, retain and motivate talent.
• This includes maintaining salary structures, align bonus approaches, implement or elaborate benefits offering etc.
• Support the delivery of the annual compensation cycle (in Workday).
• Be the go-to person for HR and business for all their benefits queries.
• Work closely with local HR teams, Talent Acquisition, People Operations and line managers are aware of our Total Rewards offering and processes.

What You Will Need to Succeed

• To be successful in this position you must have several years of work experience in a compensation & benefits role, with international experience.
• You understand the complexity of a multi-country approach and feel comfortable in a global matrix-driven organization.
• You will have an independent role and must be able to take initiative and drive work autonomously.
• You have a positive mindset with an enthusiastic “own it” mentality!
• You love leading projects to successful completion and taking the initiative to always find new opportunities
