As Manager Ocean Freight Destination Logistics, you will be responsible for orchestrating container transport from global ports to our network in Europe. You are a strategic logistics leader who thrives in a dynamic and complex international environment. With a strong grasp of supply chain networks and service provider management, you can zoom in on operational details while keeping a firm eye on the bigger picture. You are results-driven, data-oriented, and capable of leading your team through transformation with clarity and inspiration.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Analytics, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience within Supply Chain preferably in retail and/or 4PL/3PL logistics retail or freight forwarding
• Experience with SAP Transport Management (TM) is an advantage
• Strong leadership experience
• Demonstrated experience in change management and operational excellence
• Excellent contract and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English; basic proficiency in Dutch is a plus
