As a Junior IT Support Specialist at SkyNRG, you’ll be the first point of contact for colleagues experiencing IT issues. You’ll troubleshoot day-to-day problems, help new hires get up and running, and ensure our equipment and tools work smoothly and securely.

This is a hands-on support role that’s perfect for someone who’s service-minded, curious, and eager to grow their technical skills. You’ll be supporting a fast-growing team during an exciting international scale-up phase, with real opportunities to contribute and learn.

With the IT team shifting focus to strategic projects like Intune rollout, Teams Room expansion, and IT automation, we’re looking for someone who will own the day-to-day IT support experience and help us maintain a high level of responsiveness and quality.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line IT support to employees on-site and remotely (login issues, Teams problems, printer errors, etc.)
  • Prepare and set up laptops and accessories for new employees
  • Respond to tickets via our IT Helpdesk (Jira) and escalate when needed
  • Maintain and track hardware inventory (laptops, monitors, peripherals)
  • Support meeting room AV equipment, ensuring video conferencing tools are always ready
  • Help improve onboarding documentation and internal support guides
  • Assist in hardware rollouts, device tagging, and IT workspace organization

Your Profile

Must-haves

  • Some experience in IT support/helpdesk
  • Confident working with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and basic device troubleshooting
  • Strong communication skills, able to assist both technical and non-technical colleagues
  • A service-first mindset with patience and curiosity
  • Fluent in English

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Microsoft Intune or Entra ID (Azure AD)
  • Familiarity with Jira Service Management or similar ticketing tools
  • Basic understanding of networks
