Shape and Implement Our SHE Strategy Across Nestlé Benelux

Market SHE Manager, this is your challenge

Are you passionate about driving a culture of safety, health, and environmental excellence? We’re looking for a dynamic and hands-on SHE leader to shape and implement our SHE strategy across all Nestlé sites in the Benelux market.

As SHE Manager you have the following responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of the Market SHE strategy aligned with Nestlé’s global standards.
  • Inspire a zero-incident mindset and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Coach and empower site SHE managers and senior leaders to embed SHE ownership.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and Nestlé SHE standards, including ISO certifications.
  • Drive environmental compliance and waste reduction initiatives.
  • Engage with external stakeholders and represent Nestlé in SHE forums.

As Market SHE Manager you report to the Head of Operations and you are part of the Operations department of Nestlé Benelux.

What we are looking for in our Market SHE Manager?

  • Proven SHE leadership experience in operational environments (e.g., factories, distribution centers).
  • Strong coaching, communication, and change management skills.
  • Expertise in SHE management systems, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Willingness to be regularly present on-site and lead by example.
