KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will be responsible for:

• Corporate Paralegal support – assisting with Board minutes, agenda of NL Group companies, coordinating with Corporate Secretarial team in London and Power House for relevant documentation, wet signatures and notarization as relevant from time to time. Support the NL team with Supervisory Board documentation and support, maintaining governance around signatures of Board documents, Power of Attorneys and agreements, helping to manage onboarding and exits of Board Directors.

• Group Intellectual Property Co Holding company support – supporting documentation and management of Trade Mark registrations, wet signatures and notarization. Coordinating with Business Group Finance team on budgets and spend management
• Paralegal support for Foods Business Groups – Budget management, coordinating Townhalls and Business Group meetings, agenda preparation and minutes with follow-up.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?

• 3-5 years experience as a Paralegal at a Multinational.
• Understanding of laws, regulations, and legal procedures.
• Legal degree preferred

• Problem solving - ability to analyse and propose legally and commercially viable solutions
• Stakeholder management - influence key stakeholders and act as an agent for change.
• Collaboration – working successfully with both business and x-functional teams
• Risk management – demonstrating rigour and for risk based outcomes
• Project management - excellent organization, execution, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Conducting legal research in law books, case law, and legal databases.
• Analyzing and summarizing information effectively.
• Handling sensitive information in a confidential manner.
