For Yamaha Motor Europe N.V., located at Schiphol-Rijk in the Netherlands, we are looking for a Paralegal in our Legal Division.

About the role:
To secure that the basis of the Legal Division as developed over the years is maintained and enhanced, the Paralegal supports the legal operations at the best possible level. The Paralegal role executes contract management, legal risk management, legal research & support and other legal-related work, improving the legal operations at Schiphol-Rijk and the branches in Europe.

Key responsibilities:

Contract management
Support the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including intake, negotiation, execution, renewal tracking and archiving in the contract lifecycle management (CLM) system. Provide user trainings and being the Go-to person for the CLM system in Europe.

Legal risk management
Ensure that contracts comply with legal and company standards, flagging risks and inconsistencies for legal review.

Legal research and support
Conduct legal research on laws and regulations and communicate with the relevant stakeholders. Develop training modules/informational documents.

Process improvement
Assist in optimizing management workflows, implementing best practices and supporting automation initiatives. Maintenance of the Legal SharePoint and issuance of a regular legal newsletter.

General support of the Legal Division
Corporate housekeeping, execute company legal procedures, manage trademark registrations and support in organizing meetings.

What do you bring?

• HBO Legal qualification or minimum of 2 - 3 years of Paralegal experience, preferably in a corporate international environment;
• Affinity and familiarity with CLM software;
• Excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills;
• Structured/organized, service-minded and able to work independently;
• Excellent command of Dutch and English, both orally and in writing.
