About this position

• Establish and lead a collaborative network of logistics experts across Henkel.
• Partner closely with regional teams and cross-functional stakeholders including Planning, Operations, Customer Service, and IT.
• Monitor logistics performance across Henkel’s global network to identify pain points and best practices.
• Design and implement improvement initiatives that drive operational excellence and efficiency worldwide.
• Align logistics strategies and operations across regions to ensure consistency and scalability.

What makes you a good fit

• Proven experience with digital logistics solutions (e.g., SAP, TMS, WMS, Track & Trace).
• Strong capability in developing and executing logistics strategies.
• Excellent analytical skills with a structured approach to problem-solving.
• Effective communicator, able to convey complex ideas clearly in both written and verbal formats.
• Skilled in project and program management, with a track record of delivering large-scale, cross-functional initiatives—ideally with an IT component.
• Experience working in matrix organizations and managing diverse stakeholder groups.
• Fluent in English.
• University degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a multinational environment.
