To accelerate our mission, we have built a brand-new, international commercial team reporting to the Global Sales and Marketing Excellence Director. Your team brings together Product, Pricing, Customer Concepts and Go-to-Market excellence to deliver market leading value propositions for our customers.

Your role

As our new Global Loyalty Manager, you will take ownership of our global B2B loyalty programmes, working across multiple European markets.

You’ll collaborate across our Group to foster meaningful, data-driven relationships with our customers in the fragmented B2B Installer landscape of Europe.

Your role is a change leadership role, bringing together localised fragmented loyalty programmes to drive significant growth. You will be responsible for the deployment of a significant investment to create market-leading loyalty experiences, adding value and driving deep customer connectivity.

This is a hybrid role based in Apeldoorn, the Netherlands. We value flexibility and collaboration: you're encouraged to spend at least one to two days per week in our office while enjoying the support for your home office set-up and travel costs.

Your key tasks

  • Design, implement, and enhance global B2B loyalty programmes, ensuring digital enablement, measurable execution, and impactful results across operating companies (OpCo’s).
  • Work closely with local Marketing teams to validate value with customers, benchmark competitors, and champion continuous improvement to create competitive advantage.
  • Leverage loyalty programme data to profile installers, increase share of wallet, and drive targeted marketing automation and sales interventions, creating a power bridge to our sales teams.
  • Establish clear KPIs to track the programme’s success and lead interventions to achieve growth ambitions.
  • Manage the significant budget for loyalty programmes, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to maximize ROI.
  • Build strong relationships with international colleagues across the UK, Benelux, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, and Turkey to balance global consistency with local customisation.

Your first 6-12 months

  • Assess existing loyalty programmes and opportunities across our European operations.
  • Define the programme roadmap by engaging with senior stakeholders up to the Management Board, understanding customer needs, and identifying competitive gaps.
  • Develop and launch initial programme enhancements, setting the foundation for long-term success.

What you bring

  • A minimum of five years of experience in a similar role.
  • You are analytical and methodical, with sharp attention to detail.
  • You are proficient in Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, and CRM-tools.
  • You have a collaborative, solutions-focused mindset with an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or Psychology.

Preferably, you also bring:

  • Experience in creating B2B loyalty programmes
