What will you do?

As an FP&A Controller, you will be the driving force behind the planning and control cycle of Mediq Benelux. You will:

• Prepare budgets and forecasts and translate them into clear reports.
• Develop and analyze management information that supports business growth.
• Identify opportunities for improvement based on your sharp analysis.
• Collaborate closely with the Data Analytics team to automate reports and build dashboards.
• Support strategic business cases, tenders, and acquisition processes.
• Report directly to the Head of FP&A & Data Analytics and work closely with Finance Business Partners and various stakeholders across the organization.

What do you bring?

• A completed Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience in a commercial, dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• A proactive mindset, sense of ownership, and a continuous improvement drive.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence senior management.
• Fluency in English; Dutch at least B2 level.
• Experience with data analysis and dashboarding tools (such as Power BI) is a plus.
