This position for Product Brand Manager is for one of our exciting skincare brands: Yves Saint Laurent beauty & fragrances.

As PBM, you will be part of the L’Oréal Luxe Skin Marketing team driving brand awareness and business results.

This role is responsible for developing and executing strategic brand plans for YSL & PRADA Fragrances within the Benelux (Belgium and Netherlands). The senior Brand Product Manager will leverage data-driven insights to drive brand growth, build consumer engagement, and maximize profitability across all channels, with a focus on offline elevation and digital strategies. This role requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, including global marketing, CDMO, communications, sales, and finance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Brand Management:
    • Develop and implement long-term, data-driven brand strategies for YSL & PRADA FragranceS in the Benelux market.
    • Build deep consumer knowledge and conduct thorough competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
    • Develop annual brand plans, incorporating online and offline (O+O) principles to drive consumer engagement.
    • Oversee pricing and distribution strategies.
    • Manage & orchestrate media plans
  • Marketing Execution:
  1. Plan and execute 360 integrated marketing campaigns across all channels, emphasizing digital and influencer engagement.
  2. Implement global communication materials, adapting them for local relevance.
  3. Manage allocated A&P budgets, tracking ROI and profitability.
  4. Collaborate with activation, communication and engagement teams to build immersive brand experiences.
  5. Collaborate with CDMO team and Media Manager to develop strong media plans.
  • Product Lifecycle Management:
    • Manage the product lifecycle, from new fragrance launches to animating existing product lines.
    • Lead forecasting for new launches, using competitor benchmarking and collaborating with Supply Planning and Sales.
    • Monitor product performance, analyze sales data, and optimize product assortment.
  • Collaboration & Communication:
    • Collaborate with global marketing, CDMO, retail, communications, sales, finance, and agencies.
    • Build relationships with key stakeholders and effectively communicate brand strategies.

  • Have experience in Brand/Product management or at position where power brands are part of your everyday work.
  • Have passion, interest in and understanding of luxury brand management environment.
  • Are experienced in leading data driven brands and have strong market data analytical skills.
  • Are/have been working in an international environment and managing complexity is a part of your everyday work.
  • Strong leadership skills and strategic thinking.
  • Being proactive and not afraid to challenge the status quo.
  • Having the sense of beauty and creativity.
  • Fluency in English and Dutch/orFrench.
