Your role at Bugaboo

We are looking for a CRM Specialist – Automation & Data to join our Digital Content team. Reporting to the Senior CRM Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing and evolving our global email marketing automation and customer lifecycle journeys, focusing on data-driven segmentation, personalized triggers, and scalable workflows to drive retention, engagement, and customer lifetime value.

With a strong analytical and technical mindset, you’ll bring hands-on expertise in CRM strategy, ESP/CDP platforms, and performance tracking, ensuring customer insights are translated into impactful, automated campaigns. You’ll work to optimize both the creative and technical aspects of campaigns, aligning data-driven strategies with compelling messaging and content.

You’ll also contribute to broader CRM initiatives such as loyalty programs, lead capture optimization, and cross-channel orchestration, collaborating with various teams to continuously elevate the customer experience. You’ll work closely with other CRM team members offering guidance on campaign setup, testing, and execution, ensuring consistency and best practices across all activities. The team is open, collaborative, and results-driven—with plenty of room to grow and share innovative ideas.

What will you do

  • Ownership and development of the lifecycle and triggered journeys and segmentation plan, including planning, building, and reporting, in close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate closely with CRM team members, brand, and content teams to optimize campaign performance, refine messaging, and enhance the customer experience by providing data-driven insights and technical expertise.
  • Implement and manage data tagging, tracking, and segmentation setup to support targeted and dynamic campaigns.
  • Build and maintain dynamic content logic and modules across multiple journeys.
  • Support the segmentation strategy and handle advanced audience targeting by analyzing customer behavior and performance trends and managing the technical setup and activation of segments within the CRM platform.
  • Coordinate and manage technical CRM tickets and integration requests, working with the external agency to troubleshoot, implement, and validate automation and targeting solutions—requiring strong technical and data-driven CRM expertise.
  • Build and maintain CRM dashboards to track campaign and lifecycle performance and analyze customer data to uncover insights that guide strategic planning and improve future CRM initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy standards and keep up with CRM tool innovations.
  • Collaborate with the CRM Manager to develop initiatives that improve data capture across all customer touchpoints, including the website, stores, competitions, and packaging.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams across HQ and local markets to ensure alignment and effective execution.

What you will bring to the table

  • 2+ years’ experience in similar CRM roles, preferably in a retail or eCommerce environment.
  • Proven ability to own CRM planning and execution end-to-end, including journey building, segmentation, testing, and reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with ESP systems (preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and CDP platforms.
  • Strong understanding of CRM best practices, customer lifecycle marketing, and personalization strategies.
  • High level of proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Excel).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights and recommendations.
  • You have knowledge data querying languages (SQL) and you have experience with HTML especially in customized email templates.
  • You are pro-active and you are an analytical individual with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Familiarity with loyalty programs and automated reward triggers is a strong plus.
  • Comfortable working with global teams and across multiple stakeholders.
