As a Logistics Coordinator you support the Order to Cash process by managing the total order flow with the aim that customers are satisfied. Customers receive their orders in time and within customer specifications. You operate in line with established internal Bugaboo processes and procedures, and the SOP as agreed with the 3PL.

You are part of the Customer Operations team and report to the Customer Operations Manager.

What will you do

  • Ensure excellent order (entry) management of sales, service and non-standard orders (i.e. key accounts, product seedings, trade fairs). Manage orders related to outbound, return, inbound, and backorder processes within set lead times. Ensure correct and in time delivery of the order within customer specifications by the third party logistics provider and with necessary paperwork to accompany shipments;
  • Manage (new) customers and specifications to ensure compliance to requested requirements resulting in customer satisfaction;
  • Participate and discuss logistics related topics in the Sales/Operations/Finance meetings. Pro-actively work with the credit control, customer service, and sales team to ensure optimal shipping of the goods intime and state;
  • Ensure an excellent single point of contact partnership with the service department;
  • Be a business partner for our retailers and ensure excellent customer service. Independently run smaller process or system improvement plans aimed at increased customer satisfaction.

What you will bring to the table

  • You are highly proficient in Excel and you have knowledge in Salesforce and ERP.
  • You are able to document processes in process-flow. Analytical skills are important for this role.
  • You have a background in Business Administration, Supply Chain or Logistics/Operations Management.
