About the Role

As International Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for growing the Keune brand through strategic collaboration with our professional distribution partners in selected global markets. You will take ownership of sales performance, brand presence and long-term distributor relationships, ensuring mutual success and sustainable business development.

You will report directly to the Global Export Manager and work closely with colleagues from Marketing, Education, Finance, Operations and Product Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow business with export distribution partners across assigned markets
• Define and implement tailored business development plans aligned with Keune’s global strategy
• Conduct market analysis and identify growth opportunities
• Build strong, trust-based partnerships with distribution partners, becoming their key point of contact
• Monitor sales performance and KPIs and provide clear reporting and forecasting
• Lead quarterly and annual business reviews with partners
• Coordinate commercial launches in close cooperation with Marketing and Education teams
• Ensure brand guidelines and pricing policies are followed in-market
• Represent Keune at international events and distributor meetings

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics or related field
• Minimum 5 years of international sales/export experience, ideally in professional haircare, beauty or FMCG
• Strong business acumen and proven success in developing business with distribution partners
• Fluent in English (Spanish and other additional languages are a plus)
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 30%
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on approach
• Cultural sensitivity and ability to adapt to diverse business environments
