Contribute to a Better Learning Experience at One of the Largest Tech Companies in the Netherlands

Do you want to contribute to a better learning experience at one of the largest tech companies in the Netherlands? As a Learning Design & Onboarding Intern, you’ll help design and improve learning materials and onboarding resources. You’ll think along with us about structure, functionality, and the user-friendliness of our internal training environments.

Your assignment

• Research current training solutions and learning needs
• Help structure and publish trainings on LXP/MyLearning
• Create a comparison tool for different learning platforms
• Design a post-training support toolkit
• Contribute to onboarding guides and knowledge sharing through SharePoint

This is an apprentice internship (to gain work experience) for about 6 months.

Your profile

To be a perfect fit for this assignment, you:

• Are a Bachelor or Master student (relevant studies can be: Educational Science, Learning & Development, HRM - Learning & Development Specialization, ICT & Media Design, Communication with an interest in Learning Experience Design)
• Are analytical, curious, and user-focused
• Have a good sense of structure, logic, and visual organization
• Enjoy thinking and understanding (research concepts, literature) about how people learn
• Have advanced English skills (C1 level) in speaking and writing.

You have technical knowhow on:

• UX thinking and structuring information
• PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint (Office 365)
• Tools for learning design or visual support (Figma, Canva)
• Experience with instructional design is a plus

Other requirements you need to meet

• You are enrolled at an educational institute for the entire duration of the internship;
• You need to be located in the Netherlands to be able to perform your internship. In case you’re currently living/studying outside of the Netherlands, your CV/motivation letter includes the willingness to relocate.
• If you are a non-EU citizen, studying in the Netherlands, your university is willing to sign the documents relevant for doing an internship (i.e., Nuffic agreement).
