Your mission
As our Brand Communication Manager, you’ll bring Aptamil’s purpose to life through bold, authentic, and impactful storytelling across multiple touchpoints. This role sits at the heart of our global brand team and offers the chance to drive campaigns that matter—reaching parents and health care professionals when it counts most.

What you’ll do:

  • Build bold, global campaigns
    Drive the development of Aptamil’s brand communication toolkits—think digital-first, inclusive, and inspiring. From social to OOH to influencer briefs, you’ll create work that translates globally but connects locally.
  • Collaborate across teams and cultures
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams (science, digital, media, creative agencies) to keep our messaging sharp and consistent. As part of the global team you´ll work closely with our local market teams as well. You’ll be the link between global strategy and local execution, ensuring every message is on-brand and on-point.
  • Tap into insights
    Bring fresh, Gen Z-level curiosity into understanding parents’ needs. Use data, social listening, and cultural trends to shape communication that’s relevant and real. Translate science and purpose into messages that connect emotionally with new-gen parents
  • Champion creativity & innovation
    From emerging platforms to new storytelling formats—if there’s a better way to connect with parents and health care professionals, we want you to bring it forward.
  • Measure what matters
    Track and analyze the performance of global campaigns and content. Keep an eye on performance and insights to continually optimize and evolve our storytelling. Use the learnings to grow brand love and drive smarter decisions.

About you

What makes you a great fit?
Experience:
2–3 years of hands-on marketing or brand communication experience in a local or global environment. FMCG or health exposure is a plus—but attitude and agility matter most.Mindset:
Curious, proactive, collaborative. You like to own your work but love working with others to build something bigger.Skills:

  • Sharp eye for storytelling & branding
  • Comfortable with creative development, content creation, and digital platforms
  • Digital-native mindset with a solid grasp of social platforms and content trends
  • Strong project management and communication skills—you know how to get things done
  • Confident giving feedback and handling agency partners
  • Strong English (spoken & written); any other languages = bonus
