As a Paid Search Manager, you’ll manage Google search campaigns to help users understand the benefits of becoming a member at the right moment - when they are actively searching for a banking solution.

As a Paid Search Manager, you’ll capture the attention of future users at the perfect time using Google search campaigns and drive registrations in core markets by:

• Clarifying Benefits: Leverage bunq’s unique value proposition, plans, and features that resonate with users to encourage membership.

• Consistent Messaging: Ensure our communications are clear and relatable across the funnel to our audience, optimized towards best performance.

• Impact Measurement: Analyze the conversions and their business impact to unlock growth opportunities towards higher registrations at lower costs.

• Test & Learn: Adopt a continuous test-and-learn mechanism with a systematic approach.

• Automation: Benefit from AI and in-house models for automation and scaling efficiency.

• You bring deep expertise in creating, optimizing, and scaling Google Search campaigns with a focus on automation and best practices to drive results, preferably in a multinational setup.

• You have profound knowledge of analyzing campaign data, understanding key metrics, and deriving actionable insights to drive performance improvements.

• You are confident in creating and testing variations of ads and landing pages to maximize conversion rates.

• You’re an excellent communicator and speak English fluently.
