About this role

We're looking for a Creative Operations Manager to join our Studio Operations team within the Global Creative Studio. In this role, you'll manage the workflows, resources, and processes essential for the smooth operation of our creative studio. You'll help optimize creative workflows, review service-level agreements (SLAs), explore and implement new tools, and ensure seamless and efficient collaboration among team members and stakeholders.   • Manage and optimize creative workflows, ensuring projects move smoothly from briefing to delivery.
  • Maintain clear communication among creative teams, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure alignment and clarity.
  • Review and analyze performance metrics, regularly assessing workflow efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Continuously improve processes and procedures, implementing tools and best practices to enhance team productivity.
  • Resolve day-to-day operational issues or bottlenecks, offering solutions quickly and efficiently.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and tools, proactively suggesting new ideas or technologies to streamline studio operations.
  • Lead performance analysis of existing tools and propose actions to enhance efficiency and maximise value across the business.
  • Provide technical training and onboarding support to enhance the team’s capability with new software and tools.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation, including process guidelines, workflow maps, to support transparency and continuous improvement.

What will you bring to the table?

  • Multiple experience in creative operations, studio management, or related roles.
  • Proven track record managing and optimizing creative workflows and processes.
  • Experience working with creative teams, including designers, copywriters, photographers, and production specialists.
  • Strong understanding of project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Jira).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solid knowledge of resource planning.
  • Excellent skills in communication and collaboration, capable of aligning diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience reviewing and implementing service-level agreements (SLAs) and performance metrics.
  • Proven ability to identify bottlenecks and implement workflow improvements and process efficiencies.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard creative and digital asset management (DAM) tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Cloudinary).
