Join Our Team as an HR Manager

At Triple, we are looking for an experienced HR Manager to strengthen our team. In this role, you will oversee all HR operations at Triple and play a strategic role within Hypersolid — our collective with code d’azur. You’ll help shape a future-proof people strategy during national and international growth.

What will you be doing?

As HR Manager, you will lead a team of an L&D Specialist, a Recruiter, an HR Advisor, and an HR Officer. You will work closely with team leads, employees, external partners, and you’ll be part of the management team at Triple.

With Hypersolid growing rapidly, your challenge will be introducing structure while maintaining our personal, people-centered culture. A key part of your role is guiding the further integration of Triple and code d’azur in terms of employment conditions, HR processes, and systems — together with the HR Business Partner at code d’azur.

You’ll act as the strategic conscience for people and culture across the organization, ensuring that policy and execution are aligned while maintaining strong personal connections with employees and leadership.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the HR team and fostering an inspiring and effective collaboration.
  • Initiating leadership and organizational development programs and safeguarding our culture during growth and integration.
  • Conducting employment terms benchmarks and advising on improvements alongside recruitment and finance.
  • Translating market trends into strategic workforce planning and initiatives.
  • Optimizing salary and HR administrative processes and ensuring their quality.
  • Setting up and following through on employee satisfaction surveys and a thorough offboarding process.
  • Leading the HR integration process between Triple and code d’azur within Hypersolid.

What do you bring?

You combine strategic thinking with a people-first mindset. You’re experienced in navigating organizational change and know how to lead HR teams and design impactful policies within a dynamic, growing environment. Experience in a creative, digital, or tech-driven setting is a plus.

We are looking for someone with:

  • At least 6 years of experience in a broad HR role, including a minimum of 2 years in a leadership or strategic position.
  • Experience with organizational change and/or integration projects (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and advisory skills at all levels.
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to keep oversight in a dynamic environment.
  • A human-centered approach and a strong sense for balancing business and employee interests.
  • Solid knowledge of relevant legislation and current HR trends.
  • Fluency in Dutch (mandatory).
  • Availability: preferably full-time, but 32 or 36 hours per week is negotiable.
