JOB PURPOSE:

The Logistics Performance Manager is a strategic role focused on enhancing operational performance (cost, service, safety, quality and sustainability) within EU logistics, in lead our in-year service and costs target, drive Continuous Improvement initiatives and support landing key structural programs.

This position is pivotal in developing, explaining and publishing key performance indicators and dashboard, analyzing performance data, and collaborating with Go-To Market lead, Factories, and across functions to deliver short and midterm target, drive continuous improvement and efficiency.

This role is end liable for operational (service, reliability) and financial performance of Material inbound and Primary transport (supplier to factory and from factory to country DCs). The role defines and rolls-out the EU strategy on Primary transport, directs procurement tenders and strategic partnership with identified carriers. The development of sustainability program and reporting are also part of the role.

On a day-to-day level the role manages haulier’s performance and continuous improvement activities. The role helps drive process improvement with our logistics transport coordination supplier Genpact.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision-making and fostering a culture of performance enhancement throughout the organization.

This role works close with Go To Market Customer Operations and Logistics Lead, Logistics Procurement, Operations, Planning, Finance, and Innovation teams, Factories.

The Logistics Performance Manager will lead a team of Logistics Analysts.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE?

• BU/Channel specific logistics annual plan development
• BU/Channel specific logistics scorecard and results owner incl data accuracy and democratization of all reporting across BU, Supply chain and Logistics
• Report on logistics performance metrics (Log cost % TO, cost per ton, cost per pallet, cost to serve, Capacity utilization, DR, OTIF, shuttling cost, demurrage cost etc)
• Target framework construct and alignment with BU, GTM CO Lead and EU Log team
• Identify and land continuous improvement opportunities across stakeholders
• Develop and improve logistics data: visibility, reporting timing, data consistency and insights.

EXPERIENCE YOU SHOULD HAVE/THE QUALITIES WE LOOK FOR

EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor or Master degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in logistics management or a similar role, experience in Transport (international or domestic) and (Logistics) Procurement is a strong plus.
• Proven track record in KPI performance management and process improvement.

SKILLS:

• Strong continuous improvement skills
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and deliver actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
• Proficient in supply chain management software, ERP systems, and data analytics tools.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
