JOB PURPOSE:

As an intern in the Business Intelligence Department, your ideas will drive impact, and your creativity will take center stage.

The team will provide you with opportunities to support projects that will help you gain hands-on experience in data analysis, modelling, and developing data-driven solutions, enhance skills in collaborating with cross-functional teams and communicating data insights effectively.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to provide actionable insights.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
  • Create visual representations of data to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide solutions.
  • Ensure data quality and integrity by managing data sources and performing regular audits.
  • Identify opportunities to improve data processes and implement best practices.
  • Learn and apply tools and technologies such as SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and Excel.
  • Assist in various projects by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.

YOU ARE THE PERFECT FIT IF:

  • You’re available for 5 to 6 months starting 1st September 2025 (minimum 32 hours/week).
  • You’re enrolled (3rd or 4th year) in Bachelor or Master of Economics, Econometrics, or Data Science.
  • You have strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience with SQL and/or Python is a plus.
  • You have experience with PowerBI.
  • Experience with AI (LLM or ML) is a plus.
  • You demonstrate innovation and creativity.
  • You have advanced Excel skills.
  • You are fluent in English.

As publicly announced, Unilever will separate its Ice Cream business which is expected by the end of 2025. This role will transfer to the new Ice Cream company.
