About the Role

As a Product Marketer at ComplianceWise, you will play a key role in driving the success of our products by developing and executing marketing campaigns, enhancing sales enablement, and driving adoption of our solutions. You will work closely with product teams, sales, and customer success teams to ensure our products’ value proposition is communicated effectively. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will be instrumental in creating strategies that elevate our brand and drive customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute marketing campaigns that highlight the product’s value proposition, driving awareness and adoption in new and existing markets, including international expansion.
  • New Feature Launches: Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to launch new product features, ensuring that messaging aligns with customer needs and company objectives.
  • Sales Enablement: Create sales collateral such as pitch decks, one-pagers, battle cards, and case studies to support the sales team’s efforts.
  • Customer Enablement (CSX): Develop customer onboarding and upsell materials to drive product adoption and support both proactive and reactive messaging.
  • Market Research: Conduct ongoing research on market trends, competitors, and customer needs, providing insights to inform product messaging and marketing strategy.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years in product marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong understanding of the SaaS buyer journey, from awareness to retention.
  • Proven experience in launching features or products and leading go-to-market (GTM) strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally, especially with product teams, and manage multiple projects while keeping stakeholders informed.
  • A strong product mindset, with the ability to think commercially and creatively.
  • Experience with developing GTM strategies for product or feature launches.
  • Familiarity with market research techniques and customer interviews, surveys, and competitive analysis.
  • Fluent in both Dutch and English with strong written communication skills (proficiency in French, or German is a bonus)
