We are looking for a dynamic Key Account Manager to join our Challenger Brands Unit, which serves as a springboard for new brands in the personal and household products sector aiming to conquer the Eastern European market. We support these brands with professional sales, marketing, and distribution.

A prime example of our collaboration with brand owners is The Pink Stuff—a proven model of how we successfully work with discount retailers under an Everyday Low Price (EDLP) strategy.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Proven experience in collaborating with retailers, particularly discount retailers, operating under an Everyday Low Price (EDLP) strategy.
  • Ability to use data analytics to support decision-making and business strategies.
  • Demonstrated negotiation skills with a track record of successful negotiations in demanding situations.
  • Develop and manage a portfolio of Challenger brands to achieve company objectives.
  • Build and maintain long-term, strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to optimize profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure excellent service and support for clients.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports and forecasts to management.

Your Profile:

  • At least 4 years of experience in Key Account Management or Sales, preferably in the FMCG sector (especially in groceries, supermarkets, or personal/home care products).
  • Proven success in building and maintaining successful client relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken) and proficiency in Polish or other Eastern European languages is a plus.
  • Experience in FMCG, particularly in groceries, supermarkets, or personal/home care brands.
  • Deep knowledge of discount retailers and strong sales argumentation skills with a commercial mindset—ability to open doors for new business opportunities.
  • Experience working in or with Eastern European regions.
  • Strong motivation to work for a distributor and the ability to adapt to short-term cycles and brand owner dependencies.
