In mutual agreement, the Audit Manager can be involved in (non-IT) end-to-end process audits as well (e.g. operational, governance and leasing processes).
  • You have a strong understanding of digital trends and risks including digital transformation, cloud environments, cybersecurity and data privacy. You are able to apply knowledge of leading IT control frameworks, such as NIST CSF and ISO27K.
  • Besides Digital / IT audits at Ayvens Group level, the role requires travelling to Ayvens entities (typically up to 10-12 weeks per year, depending on the yearly audit plan and maximum 2 consecutive weeks at a time).
  • Besides the audit assignments, the Audit Manager Digital / IT plays a prominent role in the follow up of the remediation of audit findings and overarching transversal responsibilities related to the Audit Department’s organisation. This includes analysing emerging risks, maintaining audit work programs, performing stakeholder management across the company and promoting and implementing innovation (e.g. approach, tool, technology, AI).

To succeed in this role, you have the following skills and experience:

The ideal candidate has the interpersonal skills necessary to manage and build relationships across multiple departments, embracing change and adapting to a moving environment. You look forward to train and mentor less experienced team members during the audit mission on both the audit process / methodology and Ayvens businesses and products.
